We've completely redesigned our training content to be more interactive and engaging. The new experience ensures active learning through hands-on exercises, realistic mockups, and visual progress tracking.

### Active Learning

Training requires deliberate interaction rather than passive scrolling:

- Progress gating keeps continue buttons disabled until all content is reviewed
- Reveal-on-click unlocks key information through deliberate interaction
- Contextual tips provide defensive advice at the moment of relevance

### Realistic Mockups

Exercises use realistic simulations that match actual platform designs, including SMS messages, Slack conversations, phone calls, and social media interfaces.

### Visual Progress Tracking

Dots, bars, and checkmarks show exactly how far learners have progressed. Training progress is automatically saved, allowing users to resume exactly where they left off.

### Responsive Design

Training is fully optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, so users can complete courses from anywhere.

### Accessibility

Full keyboard navigation and screen reader support ensure the training is accessible to all users.

### Phased Rollout

We are initially updating our four essential courses, gathering feedback, and then updating the rest by the end of January:
